How do I return an item?
While we do everything we can to make sure the customer is happy sometimes refunds/returns are necessary. If a refund and/or return is asked for the customer MUST have a copy of the invoice as well as the UNOPENED product that is to be returned or refunded. No refunds and/or returns will be done without the current invoice. All refunds and/or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
